Enterprise Cybersecurity Program
Led 3–5 concurrent security projects worth up to Rp 1.7 Billion at a national payment network — owning architecture, vendor selection, budget, and CTO-level reporting.
The Challenge
A national payment network needed to mature its security posture across infrastructure, endpoints, and operations — under tight regulatory pressure and with multiple vendors in play. The portfolio spanned SIEM, endpoint protection, configuration assessment, and CIS hardening, each with its own stakeholders, budget, and delivery timeline.
The Approach
- Owned full project lifecycle end-to-end: architecture decisions, vendor evaluation, budget tracking, and weekly technical + financial reporting to Division Heads and CTO.
- Built a structured vendor selection process scoring technical fit, cost efficiency, and compliance requirements across multiple security providers.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams of 2–6 engineers per project, balancing day-to-day delivery with the strategic reporting cadence senior leadership needed.
The Impact
- Deployed Splunk SIEM, FortiClient EMS, and Wazuh SCA across enterprise infrastructure and endpoints.
- Executed CIS-based OS hardening on critical systems with structured reports for both technical teams and leadership.
- Delivered consistent weekly executive reporting that translated technical assessment into business risk language.
